To talk about the Design Thinking approach and how we can use it in our business, I invited an expert in this field, Martyna Tarnawska, an accredited service design trainer and facilitator, an advocate of this approach in Poland, mentor and creator of a community of change leaders - Transformers. Martyna is a lecturer at universities (including UJ, AGH, SWPS) and Service Design Lead and Digital Marketing Trainer at Socjomania.
