Back on track
It's been a bit empty here for a while. Sorry, but we've had the busiest quarter since we've been involved in IT recruitment. This is a very good sign for everyone. Since the end of February we have clearly seen not only stabilisation on the IT job market, more importantly we have seen the unfreezing of large projects in large companies.
Nevertheless, during these three months we have not been idle intellectually. We have done a lot of reading and reflecting on the role of CIO/CTO. We want to share these insights in upcoming posts. In the coming weeks/months, we will therefore talk a bit more about IT strategy in a company, management in the context of IT, including "people management".
We will continue to write about AI and machine learning applications as well as about interesting product and business trends.
However, we want to focus much more than before on the management aspect of IT.
After these first 3 months of the year, we have our work so set that blog posts should already be appearing regularly.
Follow our upcoming posts - there will be a lot of book reviews (we have recently read a dozen or so interesting books on IT management, business development and HR in technology companies), columns and market news.
